Refund & Cancellation Policy
All reservations for Four Copper Pennies are subject to the following terms:
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an event date.
Event dates are not secured until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled event date may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled event date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule an event must be submitted in writing and are subject to date availability.
Rescheduling may incur additional fees.
No-Shows
Failure to use the venue on the reserved date will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure
Four Copper Pennies shall not be held liable for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Power outages
Severe weather
Refunds or credits under these circumstances will be handled at management discretion.
